89up is delighted to work with the Videocamp Film Fund 2018, which will offer US $400,000 to support the production of a chosen film relating to the theme of inclusive education - educating children with disabilities alongside their peers

89up is delighted to work with the Videocamp Film Fund 2018, which will offer US $400,000 to support the production of a chosen film relating to the theme of inclusive education - educating children with disabilities alongside their peers. Videocamp will make the selected project available in their free catalogue of social impact films, which to date has enabled 19,000 screenings in over 90 countries.

Founded in Brazil in 2006. Videocamp aims to democratise access to social impact filmmaking, bringing people together to watch and discuss documentary films. There are currently 40,000 registered users of Videocamp’s online platform around the world.

The platform is part of the Alana Foundation, created 20 years ago in Jardim Pantanal, a vulnerable community in the city of Sao Paulo’s eastern outskirts. The foundation’s mission is to works on a variety of projects that defend the rights of children and adolescents and support their development.
