  • Work with the digital team on setting up and analysing data tracking tools (Google Analytics, Matomo) that inform data driven recommendations
  • Conduct testing for all web development work
  • Support content upload and migration processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues across PR, advocacy, research, digital, video, and design on integrated projects
  • Organise and diarise regular client and internal meetings, take minutes, and track action points
  • Manage client-facing Trello/kanban boards
  • Feeding back and summarising updates to senior members of the team

You will be expected to learn the skills of technical project management, managing digital, design and web development projects from start to finish, and provide sophisticated client servicing. You will be expected to build strong relationships with retained clients and develop a strong strategic view of the right solutions for them. This will include being able to translate client requests into accurate briefs, and work with the senior account team, designers and our developers to crystalise appropriate technical solutions.

You will learn and master testing processes for websites, working closely with our team of developers to ensure website code fits the design and functional requirements of the project.

You will also assist the design team with UX research, kickstarting the design process on any project with competitor research and content audits.

You will be expected to develop commercial awareness and understanding of how our technical solutions can help our clients meet their goals, and be able to upstream potential opportunities to grow our project work with current clients and wider network.
