Advicenow:
increase access to justice by helping people to deal with life's legal problems
The challenge
Advicenow strives for social justice and believe everyone should have the knowledge, confidence and skills to deal with the law-related issues in their lives. They empower individuals and communities through information, training and research, and support them to campaign to change the things that matter to them.
Our challenge was to redesign and redevelop their website to increase accessibility of Advicenow resources, tools and guides.
The solution
The new Advicenow website is an evolving hub for free legal advice, providing clear pathways to relevant information or tools.
The brand and design was refreshed with a focus on clarity and accessibility, incorporating imagery and iconography.
Built in Drupal 10 we customised the backend content management system, helping the Advicenow team more effectively build out new pages and share resources.
The website hosts custom tools allowing users to write letters to appeal decisions around benefits, contact solicitors and access downloadable guides.
To ensure the website keeps meeting the needs of people, we built a feedback functionality allowing users to provide real-time feedback and set up a new analytics system to gather further insights.
