We’re looking for Next Generation Talent 2024

Do you want to be part of a team working to change the world?

89up has three exciting opportunities for people looking to take their first step into campaigning in the fields of climate justice, human rights, conservation, democracy, housing, to name just a few of the issues we work on, across the globe.

We are one of the Financial Times’ 1000 fastest growing companies in Europe and are looking to invest in you. We work with some of the world’s most important NGOs, helping them make the world a better place with public relations, social content, and political strategy. Our team of campaigners, journalists, filmmakers, designers and technologists will teach you everything (and everyone) you need to know to make a difference.

We’re not looking for polished professionals. Passion and drive are more important to 89up.

You may be a recent graduate or about to graduate, or someone with relevant work experience. We positively encourage applications from suitably eligible candidates regardless of sex, gender, race, disability, age, qualifications, sexual orientation, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.

We are offering a starting salary of £30,000 plus regular bonuses to the right candidates. We promote talent with appraisals twice-yearly. The sky really is the limit.

89up is the real deal when it comes to looking after our team. We strongly believe in putting people first.

To apply for these opportunities, please send a video explaining why you would be the right candidate. Think about whether you want to work in PR, or is Social Media or Policy for you?

Tell us what role you would be suited to and why.

If, for whatever reason, you cannot send a video application, please send us a 250-word statement and your current CV.

All applications will be considered, but unfortunately, we may not be able to offer individual feedback.

Successful candidates will be asked to attend in-person interviews at our London HQ on Monday 18 March. We will be providing travel expenses for invited candidates.

Please email your application to Ruth Emblin-James, Head of People and Operations at [email protected] by 11 March.
