We’re looking for Next Generation Talent

Do you want to be part of a team working to change the world?

89up has three exciting opportunities for people looking to take their first step into campaigning in the fields of climate justice, human rights, conservation, housing and more of the most important issues facing the world.

US
We are one of the Financial Times’ 1000 fastest growing companies in Europe and are looking to invest in you. We work with some of the world’s most important NGOs, helping them make the world a better place with public relations, social content, and political strategy. Our team of campaigners, journalists, filmmakers, designers and technologists will teach you everything (and everyone) you need to know to make a difference.

YOU
We’re not looking for polished professionals. Passion and drive are more important to 89up.

You may be a recent graduate or about to graduate, or someone with relevant work experience. We positively encourage applications from suitably eligible candidates regardless of sex, gender, race, disability, age, qualifications, sexual orientation, religion or belief, martital status, or pregnancy and maternity.

OUR OFFER
We are offering a starting salary of £25,000 plus regular bonuses to the right candidates. We promote talent with appraisals twice-yearly. The sky really is the limit.

We also offer:

Private GP, private counseling, eyecare vouchers, wellbeing service
24 Days holiday.
Day off for your birthday
Cycle to work scheme
Plenty of scope to develop your career in a fast-growth business
An opportunity to be seen, heard and counted in your contributions, and not get lost in the noise and tangle of a large corporate business

THE JOBS
We are looking for two people to join our Public Relations and one to our Advocacy, Insights and Mobilisation team. You will find full descriptions of all three roles on our ‘join 89up’ page.

To apply for these opportunities, please send a video explaining why you would be the right candidate. Think about whether you want to work in PR, or is Social Media and policy for you.
Tell us what role you would be suited to and why.

If, for whatever reason, you cannot send a video application, please send us a 250-word statement and your current CV.

Please email your application to Ruth Emblin-James, Head of People and Operations at Ruth.emblin-james@89up.org.

All applications will be considered, but unfortunately we may not be able to offer individual feedback.
