About the role

We don’t expect you to have all the skills yet—we’ll provide training and hands-on experience across political advocacy and public affairs, digital mobilisations, policy comms and research.

What we do ask for is enthusiasm, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning. Expect to be challenged, to develop quickly, and to contribute to projects that matter. You’ll work on high-profile campaigns that shift the political dial, mobilise communities, and influence decision-makers.

What you’ll learn and do

This role gives you exposure and experience working on a broad range of projects with some of the world’s most innovative non-profits. Some of the areas you’ll work and train in are:

  • Insights and strategy: Get to grips with the tools of modern campaigning — audience research, polling, focus groups, and social listening — to uncover the narratives that inspire action. Learn how to track trends, decode public sentiment, and craft winning strategies that cut through the noise.
  • Political advocacy and public affairs: Understand how political power works in the UK and EU, from policymaking to parliamentary processes. Learn how to influence decision-makers, translate complex policy issues into compelling evidence-based recommendations, and help our clients engage with politicians, civil servants, NGOs, journalists, and thought leaders.
  • Digital and social media: Gain hands-on experience in running high-impact digital campaigns across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Learn how to create scroll-stopping content, harness social listening to track campaign impact, and work with influencers to amplify messages.
Integrated campaigning: Discover how cutting-edge digital strategy, public affairs, and  comms work together to shift public and political opinion.
