Description of the Role

We are looking for a digital account manager to join our social and content team. You will work directly with our roster of clients (and potential clients) to deliver outstanding digital campaigns as part of our wider integrated campaign offer. You will be responsible for the inception of intelligent digital marketing campaigns, client coordination and team leadership.

You will be a smart self-starter who can think on their feet and juggle multiple projects and client requests. You will work with account directors to ensure the team fully understands client briefs and goals, and be laser-focussed on achieving performance goals while maintaining the highest level of strategic and creative deployment. You will be a lover of data and generating insights to improve campaign performance. You will work closely with our Digital Director to identify audiences and targeting parameters, and be able to create robust reports for clients.

You will be responsible for planning and managing internal resources, budgets and project timelines. You will assist with writing proposals and budget creation (in response to brief) for social and digital campaigns. You will need to love giving clients data insights on campaign performance, account management, time management, and budgets, but also comfortable thinking big and creating conceptual solutions to client challenges.

We're looking for someone who thrives on working across a number of different projects and in an agile manner - someone happy to work on causes but equally comfortable pushing brands and products. Someone happy to work on ongoing clients; projects and new pitches. You will be innately interested in how digital solutions can play a part in the wider communications spectrum.

This really is a role that will allow you to explore your strengths in a multi-disciplinary, integrated communications environment. You will experience more exposure to senior team members (experts in a variety of fields who are on hand to offer masterclasses and mentoring), opportunities (especially within the integrated marketing mix - so you learn about other specialisms and try your hand at them), creativity and content creation (with a flat structure, everyone ideas are valued), to clients and client management. All of these things will arguably enable you to hone your talent, while broadening your skill-set and fast tracking your career progression, in a passionate, supportive and friendly environment.

Your Experience


2+ years experience managing digital campaigns, preferably agency-side.

A strong understanding of ad buying across biddable platforms (Facebook/IG, Twitter, Snapchat, Google Ads/PPC)

Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, such as email, CRM and affiliates.

Strong knowledge of media activation across the digital funnel.

Both technical and creative competency.


Knowledge of digital marketing strategies

Experience using reporting platforms such as Data Studio or Supermetrics

Experience using multi-channel attribution software, such as Doubleclick Campaign Manager.
